三、Installation and usage instructions
1.Connect the power supply correctly, and before starting, manually pull the inertia wheel to check if there are any abnormal debris in the engine room.
2.Check if the direction of the cutter is correct during idle operation. If there is a reverse direction, please change the sequence of the three-phase power lines; After confirming that the cutter is turning correctly,
3.Start idling for 3 minutes, fasten the feeding chamber, make the protective switch fully in contact, meet the crushing conditions, and start feeding production.
4.Prohibit the entry of iron and other hard objects into the crushing chamber.
5.Stop the machine immediately upon discovering abnormal noise, investigate the cause, and troubleshoot before restarting.
6.Suggest to install the machinery in a separate workspace.
四、Maintenance instructions
1.The mechanical starter motor should be placed in a ventilated position to ensure that the working heat of the motor is dissipated and extend its lifespan.
2.Regularly check the tool bolts. After using the new machine for a week, use a special tool to tighten the tool bolts and strengthen the fixation between the blade and the tool holder.
3.Bearing with seat:Grease should be added to the bearing oil nozzle every 20 days to ensure lubrication between the rolling bearings.
4.To ensure the sharpness of the cutting edge of the tool, regular inspections of the moving blade should be carried out according to usage to ensure that the blade is sharp and blunt, which may cause unnecessary damage to other components.
5.Before the second start-up, the remaining debris from the first crushing of the machine room should be cleared to reduce start-up resistance and motor load. Regularly remove the inertia wheel cover and pulley cover, and clean the ash outlet under the flange. Due to the discharge of residual powder from the machine room,to avoid tye dust enters the rotating bearing.
6.When replacing cutting tools, maintain a gap of 0.5-0.8mm between the cutting edges.
7.Regularly check whether the belt is loose. If the belt is loose, loosen the motor fixing bolts and use a special tool to move the motor outward until the belt is tightened.
