PRODUCT  INTRODUCTION

Main use: Mainly suitable for crushing and processing medium and low hardness materials such as pharmaceuticals,chemicals, and food (such as ginger, chili, pepper, oilseeds, soybeans, white sugar, star anise, and cnnamon), especially suitable for crushing and processing low hardness materials such as oil, viscosity, therma sensitvity, and fi ber.

Main features:The crushing fi neness ranges from 10 to 120 mesh,with advantages such as high yield,fi ne particle size,low noise, low energy consumption, simple mantenance, and convenient nstallation.

Optional explosion-proof electrical appiances.

Capable of crushing specia materials.

Optiona forced air cooling or forced water cooling methods to meet the crushng requirements of thermosensitive materials.

It has three types of rotor discs: turbine,wing plate, and toothed disc and has a wide range of materia applicability.

Turbo type: This machine adopts a wind wheel type high-speed rotating blade and fxed blade for impact, cutting, and grinding. Not only does it have good crushing eff ect,but also the turbine blade rotates to generate strong airfl ow during crushing, bringing out the heat in the crushing chamber and the fnished product from the screen. The product fi neness can be solved by adjusting the turbne speed and using screens with diff erent apertures.

Wing plate type: This machine adopts air-cooled speed regulating blades and fixed blades for impact, cutting, and grinding. A strong airfl ow is generated in the crusher chamber, which takes out the heat from the crushing chamber and the fi nished product from the screen. The product fi neness can be controlled by adjusting the speed of the rotor and the size of the screen aperture.

Toothed disc type: By utizing the high-speed relative moton between the movable tooth disc and the fi xed tooth disc, the crushed materia is crushed through a comprehensive force of tooth shear, friction, and material impact with each other.

The inner walls of the casing have all been machined to achieve a smooth surface, changing the previous phenomenon of rough inner walls and powder accumulation in models.
